Pawsome Snacks started in 2024 with two very opinionated taste testers, Charlie and Gus, and one simple thought: Why is it so hard to find a dog treat that isn't full of junk?

Seriously. Have you read some of these ingredient labels?

Ingredients you can't pronounce, fillers nobody asked for, and some companies that apparently think telling you what's actually in their treats is optional.

Yeah, no thanks.

So, I decided to make my own.

What started in my kitchen for my own two spoiled dogs turned into Pawsome Snacks. And if you think Charlie and Gus were easy to impress, you'd be mistaken. These two had standards. High ones. Apparently, being adorable comes with a very sophisticated palate.

Here's what you'll find in our treats:

Certified organic ingredients. Simple recipes. No mystery fillers, no unnecessary junk, and absolutely no guessing what's in the bag.

And because I take this stuff seriously (even if I don't take myself all that seriously), every recipe is lab tested and approved by the Indiana State Chemist before it makes its way to your dog's treat jar.

Fancy? Maybe a little.

Necessary? Absolutely.

Charlie and Gus were the reason this whole thing started, and they'll always be the heart behind Pawsome Snacks.

Today, the mission is still pretty simple: Make really good treats with really good ingredients, be honest about what's in them, and never compromise on quality.

Because our dogs are family. 

Spoiled, demanding, occasionally dramatic family.

And they deserve better than mystery ingredients in a bag.
